Joint participation

On the morning of February 26th, the company held its 2024 annual staff meeting, where all employees gathered to review the past and look forward to the future.

At the beginning of the meeting, General Manager Jin Lei comprehensively summarized the achievements of 2023, affirmed the efforts of all employees, and also pointed out the shortcomings that exist. Faced with the complex and ever-changing situation, we need to focus on the following three points:

1.efficiency

Have an attitude of striving for excellence in things and increase the importance of efficiency in thinking. Being able to fully utilize one's skills and experience in work, inspire colleagues around them, find better ways to make changes, improve the quality and efficiency of work, and thereby reduce the company's costs.

2.Administration

Whether a company has excellent managers, outstanding management spirit, and efficient management systems directly determines the company's performance. At Huike, anyone can be a manager. It depends on whether there is a spirit of learning and management, whether there is fairness and justice, and whether one is willing to step forward. As long as these can be achieved, one has the potential to become a manager.

3.study

Only through continuous learning can one have the ability to constantly change. In our work, we often pursue results. If we can achieve results, the company will provide more resources and opportunities. However, good results cannot be achieved without the accumulation of previous learning. As long as we do not learn, we will soon become lagging behind. I hope everyone can be a thoughtful person and always have a lifelong learning heart.

To survive in a dangerous environment, hard work, humility, and perseverance are essential qualities. The direction of the company's progress has been established, and becoming a "century old store" in the professional field is our unwavering goal. Let us change ourselves and strive towards our goal!
